Spend the New Year in Egypt

What could be more exciting than travelling to the small town of Farafra and working with local government employees to help restore and clear the old city of garbage?
This International People's Project (IPP) will be a continuation of the previous IPP that took place in Egypt two years ago.
After restoring and cleaning, inevitably ideas will arise as to how best to utilize the area. Participants will facilitate the brainstorming process and planning of ideas that come up.
In order to add diversity to the project and to impact the community in more than one aspect, there will be two additional projects that participants can choose from.
The IPP will run from December 27, 2008 to January 12, 2009.
Further details can be found on the IPP website, http://resources.cisv.org/ipp/projects/2008Egypt.html and expressions of interest should be forwarded to the National Secretary, australia@cisv.org before September 30, 2008.
